I went through Sapphire Pearls and there is a list of people who are actually willing to help international fans to get your jibs to you!

* For fans in Malaysia, there is a petition taking place for SJ’s 3rd album to be sold there, so youll have to wait for their update. (MissHealerzz unconfirmed)

For fans living in South America, Europe, Canada,etc.. there hasnt been a volunteer. Ill try to see if i can contact someone.
